from the PCC ...
Welcome to the Parish of Kellington with Whitley website. Our parish is in the Diocese of Wakefield and in the Church of England. It comprises of three villages and two very different but beautiful churches.

St. Edmund's, in Kellington is of Norman origin being built in the mid 12th century and has a fascinating history involving the Knights Templar and the Knights Hospitaller of St. John.

For details of services and events see either the calendar or events area. As a result of the Wedding Measure 2008 (see details on site) couples who do not reside in the parish can be married in either church if they can show a link with the parish.
